I engaged Peter from PTF Services Pty Ltd who I thought was and who claimed to be a qualified installer for a new ducted Daikin Airconditioner and a My Air Controler. As it turns out, I have paid a considerable amount of money to PTF Services for a very badly installed ducted airconditioning system that does not function properly and because Peter simply refuses to take responsibility, I have had no choice but to engage additional contractors to fix his errors at my own cost. The system was installed in May 2019 and even though all parties involved tell me that Peter is directly responsible, he is ignoring all calls, texts and emails.
